PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Emergency services have been called to an incident which has resulted in a road closure in St Paul's this morning. St Nicholas' Road has been closed between the junction with Grosvenor Road and further down the street. Bristol City Council alerted people to the ongoing situation on Twitter shortly after 8.30am, saying emergency services were attending the scene and that diversion were in place. The tweet from Bristol City Council says: "Emergency services are responding to an incident on St Nicholas Road in St Paul’s this morning.
