PremierLeague-News.Com - West Brom team news as Steve Bruce offers updates on Okay Yokuslu, Callum Robinson, Karlan Grant and Kean Bryan ahead of Albion's visit of Watford
PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Okay Yokuslu has trained so well at West Bromwich Albion this past week that manager Steve Bruce is minded to involve him for Monday evening's visit of Watford to The Hawthorns. Yokuslu, 28, returned to the club on a free transfer this summer and has been playing catch up having joined following the club's the bulk of Albion's pre-season training camp and friendly campaign. After completing his loan at Getafe in La Liga, Yokuslu maintained his high fitness levels, but the only way to regather match fitness will be to be exposed to competitive minutes - and, as of last week, the plan was to include him in the forthcoming visit of Sheffield United in the EFL Cup. "That was the plan [to feature v Sheffield United]," Bruce admitted. "The way he's trained this week, he's certainly put himself in contention for Monday as well. Okay looks a lot better than he did two weeks ago, so we're in decent shape to be perfectly honest. "With Okay I'll make the decision later - in my mind I always had the idea that I'd play him in the cup, but we'll see. He's trained well this week." Elsewhere, Albion are in pretty good shape; Karlan Grant has a minor niggle but is expected to be involved as normal, and Callum Robinson is back in training and is set to continue his recovery over the weekend - but Monday will likely come too soon. "Everybody's okay. We've got a couple of knocks, one to Granty but we think he's going to be okay.

. The one long-term absentee remains defender Kean Bryan; after a handful of cameo appearances last season, the former Sheffield United centre half limped off in the first half of his full debut against Hull in November. There's been no sign of Bryan since. He joined the rest of the Albion squad in Portugal this summer to continue his rehabilitation but he remains, at least, weeks away from participating in first-team football. "I don't want to put a time on it, but he's had a horrible injury. He's still short at the minute, but the kid can't do anymore. We'll just have to keep bashing away," Bruce added. "It's typical of rehab, when you're looking after someone with a knee like his, he's not comfortable yet. When he can visibly see it, he's just got to keep bashing away. One day it'll just click - that's the way it happens. He's not there yet." How many more signings must Albion make this summer? Comment below.
