One day she suggests scotch pancakes, banana and chocolate spread for breakfast, followed by egg muffins for lunch and roast chicken, mixed vegetables and roast potatoes dinner. She told the Mirror: "I wanted to show people how they can get much more on a small budget with my weekly meal plan. Lorna's book "Hopefully this helps some families who are struggling financially as a result of the Covid pandemic and not being able to have access to free school meals.
