The Strictly Come Dancing winner, who plays Frankie Lewis, is the first deaf actor to play a regular character on the soap. She announced her depature from the programme after two years yesterday, saying she was looking forward to new challenges. But the 27-year-old may have had some other reasons for stepping down.
