PremierLeague-News.Com - A Labour peer has reportedly asked if the Duke of Edinburgh's will is due to be made public
PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A call for the will of Prince Philip to be released to the public has reportedly been made by a Labour peer. Labour peer Lord Berkeley has, according to The Sun, asked the Government if the Duke's will is due to be published as most wills in England are. Wills are routinely made public if probate is needed to administer an estate so issues of fraud can be discovered and contested. They then become public documents and anyone can then apply for a copy. But the question has arisen after justice minister Lord Wolfson reportedly said representatives of a deceased person can apply for the document to be kept private- if it would be 'undesirable or otherwise inappropriate' to be published.
