Potential buyers would need roughly £1.65 million to buy a house on Worcestershire's most expensive street, which is Springfield Lane in Broadway. Trimpley Lane in Bewdley, Middlefield Lane in Stourbridge and St Catherines Road in Bromsgrove make up three of the top five, alongside Kidderminster Road in Stourbridge. In comparsion, the most expensive street across all of England and Wales in 2020 was Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, where homes go for a whopping average of £19.0m.
