PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Five men have been charged after a gun and bullets were discovered in a car stopped in Birmingham by armed cops. The National Crime Agency (NCA) said a vehicle was in Muirfield Gardens, Kings Norton, while a handgun and a quantity of ammunition were recovered from the scene on May 13. Carl Brookes, 36, from Northfield, Callum Meah, 24, from Stourbridge, Richard Davies, 34, from Rednal, Jordan Feeney, 27, from Bartley Green and Robert Clark, 30, from Northfield, were held by officers. They have now been charged with possession of a prohibited firearm, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.

. The NCA and officers from West Midlands Police had also carried out a number of searches in the Rubery, Stourbridge, Northfield and Longbridge areas in connection with the arrests. All five men appeared in court and were remanded in custody until their next court appearance at Birmingham Crown Court on June 16.
