PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Diana 'the diva' Ross took to the Utilita Arena stage on the Birmingham leg of her tour last night and I was almost cryin' my heart out. Everything from the star's outfits to the song choices were just impeccable. I could have been in a dream. The Supremes singer was due to appear in Brum back in 2020 until the pandemic hit, and her loyal fans have been desperately waiting to see her live for more than two years. And she didn't disappoint. The set list was expertly crafted, she knows what her fans came for and she delivered. Popular songs Can’t Hurry Love, Stop in the Name of Love and Baby Love had everyone up on their feet and dancing. She started with a pink ruffle coat, eye-catching on stage no matter how far away your seats were, then switched to an elegant red, sparkly dress. Not content with just the one outfit change, she switched to a sequin power suit before ending the night in a stunning, black, sparkling dress. Fans had nothing but praise for the show, with Maria Smith tweeting: "Diana Ross you were sensational in Birmingham last night. An absolute dream to see you. Thank you." Another fan Daniel Pearcey said: "What a show. Amazing in Birmingham." I couldn't agree more. Diana has something I haven't seen before at previous gigs. Her songs mean so much to those who have been her fans for years. And their love for the star only grows over time.

. A particularly touching moment came when the 78-year-old quietly sang If We Hold On Together - the theme song to the 1988 film The Land Before Time. The whole crowd soulfully sang along, with their torches in the air, swaying to the music. It was touching and the sweetest thing I'd ever seen. I honestly could have cried, it was so beautiful. I can only imagine what Diana's view was like looking out at all her fans. To the delight of us all, we also got a taste of the singer's newer music with her song If The World Just Danced - a sassy combination of disco and modern pop music. Towards the end of the show is where things got strange for me though. Diana can do no wrong but bursting into a sudden short rendition of All I Do Is Win by DJ Khalid was not what I expected. It was certainly a surprise! And an excellent one at that but I much preferred the fantastic I Will Survive Gloria Gaynor cover she also performed. The soul star took a seat for the last few minutes of the show, as she should (did I say she's 78-years-old?) She deserves it. To close the show, the American singer and actress took some final song requests from the front of the crowd. She was a little apprehensive at the audience's song choice of Touch Me In The Morning, and didn't think she could hit the high notes. She was of course wrong, and blew us all away with her performance. The night was a sensation, and the gorgeous Diana took to the stage with so much energy, power and pure sparkle. Like all her fans, I just feel endless love for her.
