PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced a swathe of changes to overseas travel at today's press conference from Number 10. Mr Johnson was appearing from Downing Street at 5pm alongside Chris Whitty and Sir Patrick Vallance. During the landmark address to the nation, the Prime Minister confirmed a new traffic light system would be introduced for foreign travel. International travel is currently banned until at least May 17, but it's still not clear whether the ban will be lifted on this date. A new traffic light system will be introduced, setting out different rules for different destinations. These are: Green countries - no quarantine required, although travellers will have to take coronavirus tests Amber countries - self-isolation on return required. "But - and you know I'm going to say this - we can't be complacent. "We can see the waves of sickness afflicting other countries and we've seen how this story goes. "We still don't know how strong the vaccine shield will be when cases begin to rise, as I'm afraid they will, and that's why we're saying please get your vaccine or your second dose when the turn comes. "And please use the free NHS tests even if you don't feel ill."
