PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! Hospital chiefs are due in court tomorrow to answer charges linked to the tragic deaths of two patients in Dudley. The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust will appear at Dudley Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Wednesday, 7 April) to respond to the prosecution brought by the health watchdog the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The case is connected to the deaths of two patients - one of them, Natalie Billingham, 33, from Tipton, was a mum of six who died from a form of sepsis after going to A&E in March 2018. The second patient involved was Kaysie-Jane Bland, from Netherton. The trust faces two alleged breaches of regulation 22 and 12 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
