PremierLeague-News.Com - Breaking Sport Transfer News ! A newly opened Berkshire leisure centre is having to cancel some of its activities due to issues with Ofsted. Carnival Hub at Wokingham Leisure Centre opened to the public for the first time on July 25. The hub is made up of a large leisure centre and library, which both sit under one roof. Included in the hub are some amazing facilities including swimming pools, a children’s splash pad, a sauna, fitness studios, café and sports hall. People were eager to visit the new Wokingham leisure centre, which was offering free tours before the official opening in July. The council-run facility seems to have run into a bit of trouble, which has seen the cancellation of summer camps at the venue. Power-Up Activity Camp is a summer-style activity camp for five to 12 -year-olds. It usually consists of basketball, tennis, football, badminton, trampolining and more. Wokingham Borough Council explained that its Ofsted registration won't be completed this summer due to a "high backlog of cases".

. A spokesperson for Wokingham Borough Council explained: "Sadly, we are not able to run the Power-Up Activity Camp session(s) at the new Wokingham Leisure Centre @ Carnival Hub this summer. Unfortunately, we have received confirmation that our Ofsted registration won’t be completed this summer due to a high backlog of cases Ofsted is having to process. "Without the registration, we are unable to run sessions at Carnival Hub. We are contacting residents to offer the option to transfer their booking to Loddon Valley Leisure Centre (Ofsted registered) or to receive a refund or credit note. "If you have not heard from us, please email email@example.com. We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you at our camps soon."
