." As well as brewing, Wayback Brewing Company is also set to open a taproom at the site. This will allow drinkers to sample some of their wares. The taproom is set to be open between 5pm and 10pm from Wednesday to Friday. Over weekends it hopes to be open 1pm until 10pm on Saturday and 1pm until 7pm on Sunday. The brewery said: "The taproom is for customers to come and try and sample a range of exciting beers made on site effectively acting as a tasting room. We provide drinks measures based on strength including options for 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3 pints on all drinks to encourage samples in smaller measures. There will be no pint measures on ABV drinks >6% we operate very differently to a typical pub which is reflected in our premium pricing. We will also offer a range of non-alcoholic options as well. "During opening times, customers for the taproom will be seated at tables and there will be a small space for limited standing capacity. The number of customers will not exceed manageable levels and staff will monitor the number of patrons, restricting entry as appropriate. A crowded environment is not in keeping with the style of a brewery taproom." There is no information yet on when the brewery or the taproom will open.
