Over the course of the month BerkshireLive has reported on 11 cases that resulted in an offender being sent to prison. The longest sentence was dealt to paedophile teacher Graham Tattersall, who raped and sexually abused pupils in Bracknell in the 70s, 80s and 90s. A tough sentence was also dealt to armed Shkelzen Dobrica, who was fended off by a man who defended his home from the break in. Three criminals were locked up, Matthew Viccars, Alison Dean and Charlie Carter, following stabbings in Bracknell. In Slough, Winston Benta was locked up for sexually assaulting a woman during a 'terrible' attack in a churchyard. Here are the 11 criminals who have been locked up this November: Graham Tattersall Graham Tattersall, jailed for crimes against girls at Garth Hill School (Image: Thames Valley Police) Graham Tattersall 68, jailed for 12 years for rape and sexual indecency with pupils in Bracknell in 1970s, 80s and 90s. He committed the crimes while serving as a teacher at Garth Hill College. Tattersall abused girls between the ages of 12 and 16 between 1979 and 1991, He attacked them in classrooms, his former home and even in his own car when he was meant to be taking children home. He was found guilty of one count of attempted rape, seven counts of indecent assault and four counts of indecency with a child following a seven day trial. Graham Tattersall, 68, of Church Street, Windsor, was sentenced on Friday, November 6. Shkelzen Dobrica Shkelzen Dobrica was jailed for more than nine years (Image: Thames Valley Police) Shkelzen Dobrica has been locked up for committing a terrifying armed burglary in Maidenhead. The 35-year-old broke into a family home and demanded goods. When one of his victims, a 54 year-old man stood up to him, he was stabbed while defending himself. Dobrica, of no fixed abode was jailed for nine years and six months for aggravated burglary after a trial at Reading Crown Court. The man who fended him off said the emotional repercussions of the burglary are 'never ending'. Matthew Viccars Matthew Viccars, 38, jailed for six years for stabbing in Bracknell (Image: Thames Valley Police) Matthew Viccars was locked up for stabbing a man three times in Bracknell. The 28-year-old victim was left with life-changing injuries following the attack at the Newlands Place Flats. He was rushed to hospital, where he underwent emergency surgery to have his spleen removed. Detectives said the man will be on medication for the rest of his life. Taken to court, he admitted to Section 18 grievous bodily harm and possession of a bladed article in a public place. Viccars, 38, of Pitcroft Avenue, Reading, Berkshire was jailed for six years for the attack. Alison Dean Alison Dean (Image: Thames Valley Police) Alison Dean was put behind bars for stabbing a man in his forties multiple times in Bracknell. The man was stabbed in the chest, back and abdomen during the attack, which took place in Haversham Drive, Easthampstead this May. Dean was arrested on the same day of the attack. She pleaded not guilty, but was convicted of grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice following a trial at Reading Crown Court. Dean, 27, also of Haversham Drive, was locked up for five and a half years for the offences. Winson Benta Winson Benta, 59, jailed for five years for sexual assault in Slough churchyard (Image: Thames Valley Police) Winson Benta was jailed for knocking a woman unconscious and sexually assaulting her in a churchyard. The attack happened in January last year at St Mary’s churchyard in Upton. During the attack, Benta knocked his victim unconscious and began sexually assaulting her before being disturbed by a passerby. He was caught on two occasions with a large amount of controlled substances in August and October of this year. Lewis, 37, of Florian Gardens, Southcote, was taken to Reading Crown Court for the offences. He admitted to four counts of possessing a controlled drug of class A with intent to supply. Lewis was subsequently jailed for four years and 11 months on Monday, November 9. Biliaminu Fetuga Biliaminu Fetuga, 32, jailed for four years and three months for drug dealing (Image: Thames Valley Police) London drug dealer Biliaminu Fetuga was jailed for being found with the controlled substances near Pangbourne in July 2018. Although he was found not guilty of possession of cannabis (Class B), he was found guilty of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine (Class A). At a previous hearing, he admitted to one count of money laundering. The 32-year-old, of Dunstable Road, Romford, jailed for four years and three months for the offences this month. Abdoulhalim Abdoulsamad Abdoulhalim Abdoulsamad, 18, of Benjamin Lane, jailed for perverting the course of justice. (Image: Thames Valley Police) Teenager Abdoulhalim Abdoulsamad was jailed for perverting the course of justice by misleading police during an investigation into the murder of Mohammed Aman Ashraq. During the investigation, Abdoulsamad gave police misleading information on a number of occasions about the identities of the people involved in the incident. Detective Constable Nicola Tompkins of Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit said he wasted 'a large amount of police time' during the investigation. Winfield, an opportunistic burglar, saw the keys were still in the door of the home, and took his chance to steal the items and the key. He then attempted to cast himself as the hero, returning the keys to an 18 year-old victim. The victim, a man, spotted Winfield in Eton High Street around a week later and he was arrested. Winfield, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted to the burglary and was subsequently jailed for two years and four months. Charlie Carter Charlie Carter, 22, of Greenham Wood, Bracknell, jailed for stabbing his victim in the back while intruding at a family home (Image: Thames Valley Police) Charlie Carter was locked up for breaking into his victim's garden and stabbing a man who tried to fend him off. Carter was confronted by one of his victims, a 21 year-old man - Carter then proceeded to grab a piece of glass and stab the victim in the side of his back. Carter was arrested following an investigation by police. Although he denied the attack, he was was found guilty of grievous bodily harm following a five-day trial. Carter, 22, of Greenham Wood, Bracknell was jailed for 18 months for the stabbing.
